Who processes your data

What we collect, and why
The contact form
When you write to us, we receive what you enter: first name, last name, email address, country of residence (optional), type of enquiry and message.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry, and to follow it up if it leads to an exchange.
- Legal basis: your own initiative in contacting us, and our legitimate interest in handling the enquiries we receive.
- Retention: three years from our last exchange, after which the data is deleted.
Technical logs
Every enquiry sent is recorded in a log kept on the server, outside the public part of the site. That log holds the form details, the page you wrote from, the page that brought you there, your browser, and a fingerprint of your IP address — an irreversible transformation that makes it possible to detect automated submissions without keeping the address itself.
The hosting server also keeps its own access logs, in line with the host's usual practice and legal obligations.
Cookies and audience measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its traffic: number of visits, pages viewed, where visitors come from, type of device. This tool places cookies on your device and sends data to Google LLC. The measurement ID is G-8S09DVC9YP.
No advertising pixel and no social network button tracking your browsing is used. You can opt out of this measurement by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by enabling the do-not-track setting in your browser.
Third-party services
Two elements leave our server and deserve to be flagged in full transparency:
- Google Fonts. The site's typeface (Noto Sans) is loaded from Google's servers. Your IP address is therefore passed to them when the page is displayed, as it is for any resource called from a third-party domain. No cookie is placed on that occasion and no data is returned to us.
- The Siamnity app. The site's buttons link to siamnity.app, which has its own privacy rules. This page covers the showcase site only.
Where your data is hosted
Hosting is provided by OVH Singapore Pte. Ltd., whose head office is in Singapore, on servers physically located in the data centre at Beauharnois, Quebec (Canada). Your data is stored there.
If you live in the European Union, it is therefore processed outside the European Economic Area. That transfer is governed by OVH's contractual terms, which provide for the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. The servers are in Canada, a country recognised as offering an adequate level of protection for organisations subject to its federal personal information protection legislation.
Who has access
Your data is consulted by the Siamnity team in Bangkok. It may be passed to our internal enquiry-tracking tool. It is never sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to see the data concerning you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, or to object to its processing. A simple request to siamnityapp@gmail.com is enough, and we answer within thirty days.
If you live in the European Union and consider that your rights are not being respected, you may refer the matter to your country's data protection authority.
Security
The form is protected against automated submissions and rate-limited. Logs and configuration files are stored outside the public part of the site, unreachable from a browser. Exchanges between your browser and the site are encrypted with HTTPS.
